Tomorrow there is a big party for the whole of the company I work for. It's outdoors in a big field, Glastonbury stylee. Looking at todays weather I'm guessing this field is going to be rather muddy. Whilst searching the BBC for tomorrows forecast I came acroos this link: Painting the Weather. It's ace. Best of all are the print-out-and-colour-in-yourself line drawings of old masters. You can be your own Van Gogh. posted at 2:40 PM by Carlton Your comments... 0

The present paternity allowance in this country is more than it used to be. However it still falls short of what it should be. My personal experience with my two nippers is that before you know it your back at work. Meanwhile your poor wife is left bedraggled and disorrientated (especially when there are two kids of different ages to look after). Why two weeks is not enough. Luckily I work for a very flexible employer. posted at 7:47 AM by Carlton Your comments... 0

I almost forgot to plug the new issue! How rare. All of you eager beavers that are chomping at the bit to go freelance as a web designer should get this issue. It features the first of a six part series telling you how to set up your own web business.
Other delights this month are: Get to grips with CSS Web site blunders and how to avoid embarassing mistakes. Convert clicks to cash
Illustrators this issue are: Sean Rodwell, Nigel Dennis, Sam Gilbey and Finian Neary. posted at 11:31 AM by Carlton Your comments... 0

Rest your weary legs on an intelligent bench but watch out that the bins don't gang up on you: Singing benches let loose in city. Sounds like something out Dr. Who. posted at 11:19 AM by Carlton Your comments... 0

This t-shirt is the bees knees or the dogs (depending on your age!).
Go and buy it now from Threadless. I've just bought one and I'm pretty sure it will go out of stock really quick. posted at 9:41 AM by Carlton Your comments... 0
