Usually I'm a little wary of 3d rendered images (mostly because they tend to date very fast) but this image by Tong Young Kwon is a very impressive example of good 3D work. Click on Johns face for an .avi however my mac just won't read it. Hop over to 3Dring.org for a close-up still of Mr. Travolta. Its a reworking of his character in Swordfish.

In a bid to shake off the "Northerners don't appreciate Art" tag foisted upon them by Brian Sewell, Gateshead's Baltic Art Centre will hold an exhibition in which 240 people will have plastercastes made of them. Sculptor Gormley seeks nudes The plan is to wrap each participant in cling film whilst nude then take castes of different portions of their body. A bus load of Tory backbenchers are alleged to be keen to take part, but only if oranges can be used.

Imagination at Work! Now this is what the internet is really for. Draw stupid images and send them to your mates. They will be infinitely amused at your amazing artistic skills and send you emails saying something like "Get a life". I'm going to draw another image. I'll do it on graph paper. Then I'll send it you - I will. *dribble*
