David Angel

Raking back through my files to see who I've commissioned in the past I found David Angel. I used to use him during my stint on Internet Advisor (a few years back now). I liked his clean lines and ability to create simple yet punchy illustrations. As you can see from the link he's part of the Debut Art illustration agency. They are probably the agency I have used the most over the years as they tend to represent some of the best illustrators in the industry. I tend to use them because they suit a technology based editorial brief (which is what most of my commissions have been for). Other artists I like (and have commissioned) from that stable are Peter Crowther, Oliver Burston, Benedict Campbell, Neil Webb, Jacey, Warren Holder (who is absolutely fantastic), David Newton, Redseal, Tado, Serge Seidlitz and James Starr. Phew that's quite a lot more than I thought!
